Hanna Werning can be numbered among the most versatile contemporary pattern designers in Sweden. She trained in graphic design at St. Martin’s College in London and has worked for a broad spectrum of clients in design and advertising. Her expressive patterns for textiles and wallpaper have attracted the most attention, in which organic and stylised shapes are built up into fun compositions, such as Vildtrippa for Borås Cotton.
Borås Cotton develops and markets interior textiles adapted for home public environments. “Art on fabric” describes our way of working and represents the connection between Borås Cotton’s tradition of keeping the freedom of the skilled designer at the center and high quality textiles.
